I think this is a really key insight. On one hand it sounds so simple, the way you've succinctly stated it. On the other hand it seems like a huge and overwhelming task. But the starting point, the first step on that journey, is to agree this kind of tracking and advertising can cause harm, that it must be controlled and limited.
