Oh my gosh, Jay. I was so excited to read the final part of this story and take the time to savour every detail. As usual, it did not disappoint. I laughed and cried. I felt your stage fright, the audience response to each lift, the horror (the coolness) and the weight of things unspoken. So sad your love of weightlifting drifted after this episode, but well, teenagers... It was indeed time to let this story fly, and I'm so glad you did.
