Shoe stories are imaginary tales inspired by abandoned shoes in unexpected places.

Have you ever been rushing to an appointment and you almost trip over an old boot, lying alone on the sidewalk?

Were you strolling through the park and noticed a tiny trainer — an itty, bitty sports shoe worn by someone still to small to walk?

Perhaps, while you were toddling towards a taxi after an evening in town, you spotted a strappy sandal sitting sadly in the shadows…

I wonder how those shoes got there and why they were left behind.
